Describe the bug

The center frequency used in NZ is 869.25MHz. This is the same as used by the old OzFlarm (no longer in production) and by OGN.

The Classic Flarm, LX Flarms, LX Navigation Flarms, Power Flarms all use 869.20 as the center frequency.

I noticed this when I was setting up an OGN groundstation and had to monitor a wider frequency range to be able to see those Flarms. The data I logged from ogn-decode shows two clusters of frequencies in use at around 869.20 and 869.25.

Can the center frequency for NZ be changed to 869.20 for better compatability with modern Flarms?
