It may be quite common for some people, especially for individuals with long names, to have abbreviations in their legal name e.g. Muslim and Hindu names. It may be counterproductive to block such names and force them to be written out in full.

Team's Response

This limitation is known and specified in the UG. Currently, the application and target user have no explicit need to store the name of the patient exactly as stated in their legal name, hence this report will be taken for consideration only in future interations.

Reason for disagreement: The target users, heathcare workers, have very important needs to record the full legal name of patients e.g., billing/insurance matters, referral to other hospitals. Hence this feature lacks very important functionalities for it to be useful to the target user at this stage, and should not be qualified as NotInScope.
