Allow symbols/stamps when sketching #165

It would be great if there could be a palate of stamps/symbols with common cave features you can select from in the sketching window, and stamp onto the image by tapping with a finger: https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5d2f9f3650b8c90001ec831c/t/5e03d7ed3c0d2457768679e4/1577310190577/Cave+Sketch+Symbol+Sheet.pdf Each should have a predefined color, so you don't have to keep switching colors to match the pre-existing symbols, and it should be user sortable list, or have the most used symbols at the top of the list.

Hey, this is for sure the long term goal of the sketching (hopefully coming soon). I was thinking about the UIS symbols (#86), where did you get your set from?

UIS should work fine, I believe those are NSS symbols, I got that PDF from this site: https://www.derekbristol.com/survey-efficiency Anything should work, as long as the menu has the descriptor words next to it.
