Update Windows binaries #135

Hi, is it possible to update the binaries packaged for Windows? It hasn't been updated for a long time and is behind the Mac/Linux releases. Thanks!

It was not me who contributed the Windows binary before, so I need to first set up a build environment on Windows. I'll work on that.

I tried it on a test machine and runs fine. If you could make a release with the updated binary that would be good thanks.
