Icon size options? #23

How about adding some options to adjust the size of the icons? Both the main one and the smaller ones. They are very tiny.

The current priority is the functionalities and stability. I'll consider that after the app is useable for more devices. At that time I'll add an "Appearance" section that can be used to customize some layout, text size etc.
