Not working #1

I have use it works in the first time. Second time it's say folder creation is incorrect.

It is NOT issue. Program found existed folder (duplicated name) so you choose another folder, it will run properly.

I have selected other attributes (Folder Name/ File Name) but the result is still Folder creation failed. Please try again. . Please help me
