Feed does not validate

Some RSS readers do not accept the generated feed (e.g. Inoreader).

• guid must be a full URL, unless isPermaLink attribute is false (Help)
• pubDate must be an RFC-822 date-time (Help)
• Undefined item element: ttl (Help)

Warnings:

• Feeds should not be served with the "application/xhtml+xml" media type (Help)

Hi! Thanks for the report. I'll see what I can do to fix these (well, at least the errors).

Did some changes and the feed now is evaluated compliant by the validator with only one warning remaining.
