Realistic scenario that may occur where there are 2 sellers with the same name but different phone numbers.

Multiple Buyers can be added with the same phone number

It is not realistic to have multiple buyers with the same phone number.

This may affect the find buyer command should the user wants to find a specific buyer by his/her phone number but is returned a list of buyers with the same phone numbers.

There might be situation where people stay in the same house. E.g. The son wants to sell one property while his father want to sell another property.
