Pass a env var to putty command line

i use Putty with -pw command line option all the time. i keep password stored 
in a env variable and pass it to the putty shortcut that I have created for 
each session.

eg
putty.exe qaMachine -l mrQA - pw %mypw%

It is helpful as my password expires every month and then i don't have to 
update all session shortcuts with new password. I only have to update env 
variable. Since we are using LDAP system, my password is same for many 
machines. 

if SuperPutty can support sending a env var to the putty command line, that 
would be super ;- )
