focus is missing when switching back to SuperPutty from another app #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start SuperPutty
2. Open an SSH session to some host
3. Ctrl-Tab out to another app, and return via Ctrl-Tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting: Expect window focus to be in the session that was open.
Seeing: Focus is missing, need to mouse-click on the screen to get the focus

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0.4 - Windows 7 64-bit
