Ctrl+Tab - Display focus changes but input focus remains on previous session. #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open 8+ Putty sessions so the login prompt is displayed in each session.
2. Log in to newest session.
3. Ctrl+Tab to next session and attempt to login.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 until display focus moves to next session but input focus
stays on previous screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When focus moves to next Putty session, input focus should follow. Currently
the input focus remains on the previous screen or input focus is lost
completely and requires the user to click on the session to re-enable input
focus. This issue only seems to occur when logging into a new Putty sessions
when several sessions are being initiated at once.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SupperPutty 1.3.0.5, Putty 0.60, Win XP Pro SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

It's not just with the login prompts...

I have a fix/workaround that'll be in the next build.

For workaround i should make every time a click by mouse in session window
after Ctrl + Tab.

My OS is Windows XP
I tried all 6 types of focus activator under "Advanced" option tab and every
time focus doesn't follow to Ctrl + Tab focus

Also, the focus activator is for mouse click focusing. It shouldn't affect the
the cntrl-tab
