Mismatch between cropped vessel mask and CT image #3

Hi,

I notice that there are some slight mismatches between the cropped vessel mask and the corresponding CT image, as shown in the following image. It seems that the vessel mask needs to be moved 1 pixel down and 1 pixel to the left to match the vessel region on the CT image well.

This mismatch phenomenon occurred in most of the cases in the dataset. Could you explain the mismatch and re-check the cropping process if it is not too much work for you?
