• [x] Changed navigation links from sim_test and data_test to PROD
• [x] Updated gifs for all sim_ui related screencasts. Also updated mtl.how/data navigation gif.
• [x] Fixed non-working graphics and gifs.
• [x] Updated session05 see guide to reflect added changes for 3.0.
• [x] Changed all file header information in see guides.
• [x] Changed all readme.md files to reflect version 3.0
• [x] Changed links in readme to PROD.
• [x] Created "release_2.0" folder to contain all 2.0 see guides, consistent with "release_1.7" folder.
• [x] Changed addresses of 2.0 backlinks to the folder above.
• [x] Updated and uploaded sim_ui_cheatsheet

Thanks for this work @jamesmrollins! I was planning on making the 2.0 to 3.0 edits, glad I saw this before I did. I've added and assigned myself to review as I'll be pushing Red Part I and Blue Session 3 into Master today.
