@emilymetcalf114 - This documentation updates the Facilitator Technical Manual portion of the mtl.how/manual to include instructions for self-registration. Also updated images for Team Set Up instructions to include Tutor icons and features added since the original publication.

PLEASE DO NOT MERGE AFTER REVIEW - MUST BE TIMED WITH DEPLOYMENT OF SIM UI CODE TO PRODUCTION

Hey @jamesmrollins The documentation looks clear! I couldn't get the first link to the MTL 2.4 video on pull requests to work though - is this link functional? Otherwise good to go in my opinion! Thanks!

Hi @emilymetcalf114 Thanks for the review. I fixed the linked, not sure why, but when I copied it, it was missing some special characters to represent spaces (%20). Anyways - it is fixed.
