wk4_may: Clean up image links in the document files so they are standardized to a central location, update to incorporate style sheets

Problem

-Many links use a "raw" location in GitHub that isn't stable from branch-to-branch.

• Many links are graphics that were stored in a random issue card, that was deleted.

Update links to use central repository location

• [ ] See issue #2613 for list of documents and graphics that require update.
• [ ] Update each graphic link.
• [ ] Store graphics in central location.
• [ ] Update docs to use style sheets.
