ASAP ANDON: Team Registry between Sim UI and Epicenter Not the Same

Problem

• [x] Facilitator @swapmush set up a team using the Facilitator Dashboard in Edge.
• [x] The API set up an end user account in Epicenter (this was verified in Epicenter directly). (Image 1)
• [x] The end user was NOT assigned to the target group (this was verified in Epicenter directly). (Image 2)
• [x] The Facilitator's Dashboard in Edge reflects the team member, on their team's listing, even after refresh and after login. (Image 3)
• [x] When another Facilitator logs into the dashboard and looks up the team, it shows what is in Epicenter (no team members). (Image 4)
• [x] The Team Roster function appears to be not working (Image 5).

After investigating and doing some API calls with David Berkman at Forio, he found that we had two teams named similarly, one with an extra underscore. While @swapmush set up his team with the proper naming convention, I was looking at a similarly named team with the extra underscore. So his screen showed full team membership, and mine did not (see below). Recommend deleting the improperly named team.

The team roster function did not work above because there are no members of the team present. However, it should return a message to the effect, "No team members on this team." @hirenp-waferwire will fix this.
