sept_oct_and nov_epic: update attendee lists for CEUs with EES

• [x] Emily to determine what MTL live sessions this has been completed for, and get attendees up to date for CEU credit for sessions that have occurred and need to be updated
• [x] Emily to contact local TMS manager (cc Lindsey and Joe) to inquire about training to become a TMS administrator to accomplish this task seamlessly in the future

@emilymetcalf114 was able to determine lists of attendees for historic live sessions. Credit could only be given if class occurred within the last 30 days. Cross-ref #2765 3 sessions did not receive credits and need to be addressed. new workflow needed to be created to get learners CEUs, both historically and going forward. historically: submit tickets to ILEAD helpdesk Emily has received administrator access to register learners going forward. cross-ref #2742
