Picking up co-planning activities for VA Red wave 1 sites from early 2022.

We are reaching out to 2 sites that had a co-planning 1a mtg previously - Emily trying to re-engage ACOS to either: 1) confirm that a selected team is ready to proceed with scheduling a co-planning 2 mtg, and confirm date and time OR 2) choose a team to proceed with scheduling co-planning 2 mtg.

Either site may request a co-planning 1b mtg.

ACOS for one site is OOO until wk2 sept_epic. Follow up emails to send:
