Wk1 Feb_epic Portfolio Story: Forio Epicenter License subscription renewal #2822

Received an email (MTL.info) from forio that our license renewal is coming due.

Current subscription expires on 2/5/2023.

We currently subscribe to the extra large license, which supports 25 authenticated projects and 5000 end users with 10 GB storage and multiplayer support.

The cost is the same as last year: $9,770.

Decision recommended by @jamesmrollins : Current Situation: We have 10 Authenticated Projects, 3 public projects, 399 end users.

License Details for Large, 10 Authenticated Projects, 1000 End users at $4770.
License Details for Extra Large, 25 Authenticated Projects, 5000 End Users at $9770.

Assumptions:

  1. We are going to develop Health Equity within an existing authenticated project.
  2. Hawaii will be R code models, executed inside PowerBI.

Recommendations:

  1. Reduce license to Large License.
  2. If needed later, then punch it back up to Extra Large.

During training_workflow wk3 jan_epic 1/19/2023 @emilymetcalf114 and @epearman made training video 5.5 Submitting a Requisition in training_workflow and added to #2617 for onboarding new staff using the Forio Epicenter renewal as an example.
