Important Priorities to add to the Team PSD SAFe Manual

1. Each manager review the manual and ensure necessary information is available for cross-coverage as needed

2. Cadence to ensure QA

wk1 - Each manager drafts their own Workstream text in an issue task card. wk2 - Each manager reviews each other's Workstream text in a qa issue task card. wk3 - Integrate the updated procedures into the Teams PSD manual wk4 - Train workflows on the updated procedures for cross-coverage in the Team PSD manual

3. Divvy up the task list below to ensure all sections are current

• [ ] How Management Trio should cross-cover the map for feb_epic -> mar_epic
• [ ] How Management Trio would use Team PSD infrastructure to ensure coverage
• [ ] Email shared inboxes mtl.help@va.gov & mtl.info@va.gov to align coverage according to the cross-coverage plans.
• [ ] Update the manual to clarify that the email needs to describe Next Steps for coverage.
• [ ] Use email to alert for necessary cross-coverage at meetings.
• [ ] Update the tt_report that will be sent to Team PSD on Monday AMs

4. Examples of critical Workstream functions that are time-sensitive and require coverage from the nearest relevant impact/expertise

• [ ] PeopleOps Workstream Co-planning w/sites -> DataOps coverage for PeopleOpes
• [ ] R&D Workstream - Milestones/Deadlines for grants -> PAVIR Pre-award & Lindsey
• [ ] DataOps Workstream - Bugs that could impact cost and progress with teams -> DataOps to alert Sim_UI & PeopleOps

Note: Comp Time Policy for PAVIR employees If exempt: “you are an exempt employee and therefor get a salary payment regardless of the hours you work or when you work them. This would just have to be coordinated with your manager, but, nothing for us in payroll to adjust or move.”
