@hthrmarsh discussed with @emilymetcalf114 that we have decided to budget for 2 people to travel to St. Louis for ILEAD recording of MTL 3.0 videos.

@lzim I think it would be smart to account for some ground transportation in St. Louis:

• airport <> hotel x2
• hotel <> recording studio x4

I would estimate an additional ~$100 per person for this.

Therefore I would propose emailing Cybele for ~$3,500 for 2 travelers and ~7,000 for 4 travelers
