• [ ] Still need to determine why we are indicating the Research Arm in setup.
• [ ] We will also need to update the auto-setup template function. Will include in the LEAF wireframe.

Regarding experiment and team data opt-in and attribution

• [ ] I am either going to create a new card for this feature and program it separately or add to the Reports Generator wireframe (likely).
• [ ] @hirenp-esquare and I need to wargame how to attribute experiments somehow, in a manner to which it will not show up in the filename. Likely will show up in the file header as the username. When the experiment file is downloaded and opened, then the username would be reviewable.
• [ ] Need to clarify the "Opt in" feature. Is this a warning message similar to the cookie message, where folks need to be warned that their experiments will be accessible to others?

Wireframe Review for Site User Self Registration Process

Add the following for item 1:

• [x] Other (this is an open field)

Edit the following for item 2:

• [x] Change prompt to "Looks like you are the first person to register from your facility team."
• [x] "Enter your facility team name"- have it pre-fixed with dialogue 1 VISN and Facility (v21_620a0)
• [x] Ability to include a Sta3n or Sta6a can it be a facility and they add the sta6a if relevant, and add
• [x] We do not need to tell a typical user what MTL arm they are in.

REQUIRED for item 2:

• [x] all lower case
• [x] begins with VISN
• [x] all separators are underscores
• [x] sta3n or sta6a in the second position
• [x] lowercase_underscore team name
• [x] the Facility team name will prefix their team name for them
