Developing documentation in feature-gh-pages_7.0_mtl_dashboard_update.

Documentation checklist:

[x] intro to DDD - develop content
[x] include info re: places indicating Learning Modes (NPSR = 1; EPRVI = 0) (ref #3131)
[x] visual example with pins - waiting on tutor development by DEV before finalizing graphic for section

[x] create feature-gh-pages branch with content

@jamesmrollins, unsure how to correctly assign or update Milestones, Sprints, and Epics on right-hand side. Will add to Team Praxis agenda for 9/13/24.

DDD is documented and live in MTL Manual v3.7 as of 08/2024.
