@lijenn This card is stale; we addressed in team meetings in June (and potentially July) 2023.

Who knows what the NIH/VA guidance is or was?
I made a provisional sticky in this Lucidchart (upper right side, with light blue background) with other stickies that require clarification/elaboration.
