Definition of Done

[x] Confirm story point definitions and scales for each value stream to include in PSD manual
[x] Reference: #2999 lucid chart - see 4.XX sticky on right-hand side of chart
[x] Receive approval for what to include - and where
[ ] Incorporate into PSD manual

@ljmoody Where are we with this card? Can you please update the ZenHub details and/or bring this the 2024_feb_roadmap? Thanks!

@lijenn - This card is at the same point it was back in November.

Who is the best person to review and approve/reject the information captured on the sticky referenced above?
Unsure of where it best fits; my best guess is within Chap 3, Standard Operations; possibly nested under 3.6, Project Trackers?

@lzim - thank you for providing the details above. The only question I have currently on this task is:

Do you want to include the content below along with the story point information?

[ ] Yes
[x] No

There should average 0-1 issue task card/week in each user story.

 Issue tasks across stories  18-22 issues closed weekly.  35-54 issues closed monthly.  73 average issues closed in dec, jan, feb quarter.  900 issues closed in 2023.      Story points across stories   11-18 story points/month.   3-5 story points/week.   2353 Story Points Total.
