2024_apr_epic: Update mtl.how/team workflow headers & add instructions on how to add profile pic, geo location, and writeup to team website to Team PSD manual

Captured below on 3/4/24 when LM did this:

Add a new team member to the Team PSD website

1. Navigate to the PROD Sim UI environment.
2. Use your credentials to log in, select administrator_login from the Please select a World dropdown menu, and click Select World.
3. Click Team PSD.

4. Click the Team PSD - Biographies and Photos blue banner.
5. Use the drop down to add a new team member to a workflow and click Add Member.

6. Begin populating columns: NOTE: Be sure to click the blue checkbox icon after making an entry in each column. This will save your work!
   • Value Stream: wait to assign a value stream until the other fields are populated or it will shuffle your newly created row further down the list, which makes it harder to locate
   • Photo File: upload your photo by clicking Add and following instructions in the Photo Placement popup window.

   • is any type of photo file accepted? List file types.

   • Name: enter your first and last name.
   • Title: leave blank
   • Organization Name, City, State: enter your organization/company name. Press Shift + Enter, then enter your city and state abbreviation.
   • Biographical Sketch: add your bio sketch here.
   • Value Stream: select your value stream. Et voila!—You've successfully added your biography and photo to the Team PSD website. Check it out here.

Add your picture on the map slider

1. Select edit next to your value stream.
2. Follow the instructions provided in the upper right-hand corner of the Edit Slider popup.
3. Before clicking Save, be sure you have clicked away from your (or another team member's) text box (or the lines it shows when clicked will also be published on the Team PSD website).

• I could not figure out from within the user interface how to add Gracelyn, Carrie & Rose to the map as you added yourself.
• I also noted that there several outdated workflow and value stream labels and relationships that should be aligned.
• We can review this at wk1 #2024_mar-epic #sim_ui_workflow meeting.
