2024_06 Update mtl.how/demo to reflect 3.7 release

User Story

As a person interested in Modeling to Learn, I would be very interested to get more information about how it works and to see a demo of the simulation user interface.

AC

• [ ] Update the simulation user interface to version 3.7
• [ ] Ensure associated Team Data is adequate to demonstrate an MM, PSY and Team Care use case.
• [ ] Update video links to reflect the Why/How use cases.
• [ ] Ensure the MM Model SD-DOC reflects the X-waiver removal update (current version and release date needed ASAP).
• [ ] Update the 5 demo GIFs, reflecting 3.7 features/enhancements
• [ ] Update MTL demo button: currently links to demo admin page, not demo login
• [ ] mtl.how button links to Readme - this must be updated to reflect 3.7 & includes:
  • [ ] updating video links to Brightcove evergreen videos (to be provided by Ann Hier; progress tracked in #3057
• [ ] mtl.how/sim button - cheatsheet may need to be updated
• [ ] mtl live video may need to be updated - verify with lzim
• [ ] mtl session 3 team data - update video link
• [ ] mtl session 4 team needs - update video link
