What happens now

When the user clicks the Reset button, the simulation reloads the selected team data file and runs the models to zero.

What should happen

When the reset button on the Dynamic Decision Dashboard is pressed, then the simulation should clear the selected team data file and set all widgets to zero. This allows the user to load a new team data file.

After discussion in 5/28 standup, DEV and I discussed the use case, and I confused the purpose of the reset button. The reset button is to reset all models with the existing team data file selection (this is consistent to how individual models are reset).
