❗ ❗ Lindsey would like this complete by October - for NIDA

An quick start video on mtl.how/demo needs to be added to reflect the pivot to 3.7 consult model.

Need to define:

[ ] Contents of quick start video (storyboard)
[ ] @lzim will make the video - decided at wk3 2024_09 #sim_ui_workflow
[ ] Confirm where to place on mtl.how/demo site: Videos>mtl Facilitate (add a 2nd Facilitate icon?)
- [ ] Confirm wording: "Click the icon for a quick start guide to MTL 3.7 Consult."

AC:

[ ] Total length: 2 minutes or less
[ ] Updated quick start guide added to mtl.how/demo site @ljmoody
