1. I did my best to split all the tasks I'm aware of into before, during, and after holidays by person and priority.

2. When creating the new HQ checklist, I found it helpful to check items off last week's one as a way for making sure I did/did not include everything (similar to how document checklists are used. you check it off to acknowledge you've tracked it somewhere). Thoughts on this?

3. @lzim See below for Lucid transcribing? Cheaper than Speedscriber (5 cents/min vs. 37 cents/min). Will only be able to request for Lucid calls however. http://support.lucidmeetings.com/support/discussions/topics/16000024017

4. We have a giant list of items that say by "End of 2020" but seem to be items we really shouldn't wait another year to finish?Don't think it's by "End of 2019" either because of time constraints... Little confused @lzim can you remind me what our thought process is for this?

5. @lzim could we ask Workgroup Leads to brainstorm with their workgroup more milestones that they could include in the tracker? or perhaps our month long sprint system will clarify the same need. I am hearing needs to communicate progress of workgroup work to general team and to know what others are doing. I know I suggested an all Hands as well for this 1x/month on Tuesdays at lunch which we will do in the New Year.

@lzim Did some quick research on embedding the VAPOR videos. We won't be able to embed it directly in the markdown to play there. But we can have the thumbnail link to the video. If you click on the "raw", you'll see the code snippet works very similarly to how regular linked images work. The thumbnail is pulled directly from YT. I tried it below with the mtl.how/intro vid.

To add the rest of the videos into the pre/post emails, I think we will need to host the rest of the clips on YT as well.

• There are 6 pending software requests pending approval.
• My request has been approved - but there is no estimated timeline as to when the software will be added.
• Asked about possible way to expedite the software installation timeline - Helpdesk said they have no control over local IT response times.

• [ ] Finalize the schedule for the Jan/Feb Local Co-planning Meeting 1 (Partner/Stakeholder/Who) Ideally, we send out invitations COB Pacific on Thursday to get them on the books by Friday 12/20 COB. But, we are waiting for closing the loop with Cliff and Ed. Lindsey will help draft an email to be sent by Stacey on behalf of Lindsey with the QIICs cc'd.
• [ ] Lindsey will draft the email for QIIC circulation in the AM after we hear from Cliff and Ed.
