I'd like to protect 90 total minutes for each of five calls & I've needed to move them to earlier in the month, as we need to really start with teams in the second half of March.

• 30 min optional Q & A

Thanks for asking about this. Jane is going to try and join James/I training planning meetings to make sure the Friday training is focused on meeting the Facilitate workgroup's needs by the time we launch. I don't think the three of us (you, Jenn, and I) need to have a separate meeting outside of training time about this.

@ritahitching Hi Rita, were you in charge of the Vapor videos? If so, where could I find these so I can see if they still need to be edited or updated (?) since the VAPOR videos are going to be in the pre/post emails.

@lzim Hi Lindsey, regarding Elizabeth's sample program that I forwarded to you, I can be the point person for that.

Were you thinking of having

• just one sample program to let people know that the webinar will be happening with all the necessary info. on it or
• have a summarized program to be sent for each and every pre/post session email (i.e. program for pre-session would summarize what is to be learned in the upcoming session and program for post-session will summarize what happened during the session). I looked at the current pre/post emails and they seem to already have a bit of that information, not sure if I should extend on it.
