Instead of having a static system of simply regaining ammo in regular intervals, the server should have more control over this sort of stuff:
A player-based shot enable/disable that allows for the temporary exclusion of players, maybe in "peaceful" zones, or during game setup.
As well as a "shot" event, possibly with a single binary character of who shot to keep message sizes low.
Also, what would be nice would be:
An option to set, increment or decrement the amount of ammunition of the player
An option to set the shot characteristics, like vibration, lighting brightness, tone duration and upper or lower bounds of frequency.
