Changes include:

Implementation of a hardware IO pin file for board compatibility.
Decrease of IR frequency from 4kHz to 2kHz
A "Connector" namespace to implement all Hardware <-> Software code segments
Implementation of a "infinite" gamemode, in which the game will never run out of time. (Table value = 0)
A shield maximum value table
All lookup tables are now declared "const"
Overhauled Player and Weapon interfacing code

Also, a new device was added, called "Test Target" The current code function is to display the team that it was hit by via a colored RGB.
