This is a more important PR, merging in a new MQTT topic organization.
The new layout groups together different MQTT branches in a more logical fashion, drastically reducing the load on the individual sets, especially when pushing Life or Ammo information very frequently.
It also adds provisory documentation for the new layout, which will still need to be integrated into the Lasertag wiki page and brought up to date.
