I cloned the repo, but I'm not sure what to do from here... The readme wasn't clear on what to do.

Hi, Please checkout https://github.com/FREEWING-JP/RaspberryPi_KeDei_35_lcd_v50#build-wiringpi-library-version Method should be the same.
