[mingw64] [ffmpeg] rav1e >= 0.4.0 not found using pkg-config #2162

If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
version from Git.  If the latest version fails, report the problem to the
ffmpeg-user@ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.libera.chat.
Include the log file "ffbuild/config.log" produced by configure as this will help
solve the problem.
configure failed. Check C:/media-autobuild_suite-master/build/ffmpeg-git/build-shared-64bit/ab-suite.configure.log
This is required for other packages, so this script will exit.

Make sure the suite is up-to-date before reporting an issue. It might've been fixed already.
Try running the build again at a later time.

not sure what to make of this error, could you try deleting build/rav1e-git and rebuilding and see if it still occurs?
