Built MP4Box can't import MKV container #2487

I wasn't sure who to report the issue to, but in any case I opened it in GPAC issues

Sounds like this "Won't Fix":

The static build has a limited feature set due to some external libraries not being easily statically linkable.

Most notably the static build doesn't have ffmpeg support which mp4box rely on to handle mkv files.
