If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest version from Git. If the latest version fails, report the problem to the ffmpeg-user@ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.libera.chat. Include the log file "ffbuild/config.log" produced by configure as this will help solve the problem.

is there another log like ffbuild.log or something like that under the ffbuild subfolder (or named something like that) ?

oft times, the underlying issue can have little or nothing to do with the formal ffmpeg configure error message thrown.

@Namotara can't help without a logs.zip or at least the ffbuild.log file that @hydra3333 mentioned, I can reopen the issue if either of the files are uploaded
