update for php-integrator-base > 1.0 #50

Hi ,I fixed this parkage for php-integrator-base 1.0 ; let It to work properly.

Now integrator-base is in version 2.0. Please, change to ^2.0 in package.json.

Also, take a look at my fork in https://github.com/ricpelo/php-integrator-symbol-viewer for some other aesthetical changes.
