Ideas for learning core Spring

Simple project with core Spring. Stack:

• latest java
• Spring MVC
• H2 in-memory db (then switch to postgres in docker)
• spring jdbcTemplate
• no spring boot for now
• no jpa for now

Details:

• one endpoint that will send requests to an external rest-api (tbd: what api to use?)
• service that will process requests and responses async via executor service
  • use Multithreading.java code as a base for that
• dao that will save responses as a json string to a database
• integration (tbd: how?) and unit tests

The idea here is to add new requirements to this simple project to see how code will change in the future.
