write a bot that takes in the issue history and adds a new critical but constructive comment

this will be remote so it depends on the git host. or perhaps i can do it locally and instead use the comment section in my blog. but this takes a lot more effort to build. as i only want a plain and simple markdown file. instead i can have the bots disccuss here and then upload the discussion and solution?
