Add opt-in option in extension for rewards

Todo:

• rules doc
• opt in button in options with a link to rules that does ajax on save to update preference (off by default)
• field in users table to keep track of who is opted in
• a stored proc to select all distinct users who are opted in, and have at least 10 hunts within the last month

Rules:

• Must be opted in at the time of the drawing.
• Opt in by enabling the option extension (link to extension)
• 5sb+ under 250 total hunts submitted, 10sb+ from 250-500, 25sb+ after
• unclaimed prizes will be used for next months drawing
• 8 winners per month
• must f/r Tsitu or accept his f/r to get the reward from him @tsitu please correct me if i'm wrong or add if i forgot something

was thinking maybe take this step further in version 2 and notify people through the extension that they won, with a link to doc on how to claim their prize.

That would be an efficient way of notifying winners. Just have to be careful not to make it look too spammy i.e. those "YOU've WoN an iPaD! CliCk here NOW to clAiM youR PrizE!" pop-ups lol.
