Add `display_name_short` column to filters table #227

It would be great to have short names available for event filters so that it can be used for Markethunt stock charts. Currently the extension is using https://api.markethunt.win/events to grab event data and it can be used for inspiration when backfilling the short display names in the db, if needed.

Added. Populated display_name_short for existing filters.
