Data Cleanup Automation

Database size is growing, we should archive and delete old data.

Tasks:

• [ ] Identify tables to archive - Some tables will have rows removed, some will be copied, some will be moved entirely
• [ ] Create archive location - "Bucket" most likely cheap location
• [ ] Write archive script - Should move data to an archive database, export/backup that database, move the export to the archive location, drop the database
• [ ] Automate archive - make sure it can run in cron and get it scheduled at a good time (after the backup completes)

Testing and such is implied in there.

We need to define a window of data to keep active. And figure out who was using older data and if there's some way to accommodate that.
