Clean Architecture

This is a re-write of the current application. A proper implementation of clean architecture should improve the time taken to implement new features and test existing software better.

Changes

Major

• Database have been completely changed to a single sqlite3 with migrations controlling the schema.
  • Migrations are handled using alembic.
• Changed data location to fixed operating system based configurations directory.
  • Novels save directory can still be changed.
• Sources have been moved to its own package, novelsave_sources.
• A novel can now hold multiple urls.
• Cli has been changed and now uses click.
