swap gene annotation for cytochrome oxidaes in ETC #10

It seems that gene annonation for CYTBD and CYTCOBO3 was erroneously swapped. CYTBD is the less important direct quinol oxidation with 2 pumped protons, and CYTCOBO3 should be the two step cytochrome reductase + oxidase with 4 pumped protons.
