Again not finding Pokemon #7

Radius is on. No loading circle, but does not find any Pokemon. Did Niantic change API again?

I have this looming sense it's just to get account info

I had to create a new ptc as the old one I was using was banned. You should probably do the same, the app works fine. With the new account till that gets banned too.

My account is not ban , do I have to do more than just install the app on my phone ... I'm confused ?

Also can't log out of the app no logout button ....
