Update language-specific index files #43

As reported at https://github.com/m-lab/mlab-speedtest/issues/35, language-specific routes have not been updated after migrating to ndt7.

The fact we need to manually update those seems weird to me, and in fact I thought the script updating translations would take care of that, but clearly it didn't.

This PR closes https://github.com/m-lab/mlab-speedtest/issues/35 by fixing every language-specific index.html -- until we find a real solution.

It also closes https://github.com/m-lab/mlab-speedtest/issues/39 and closes https://github.com/m-lab/mlab-speedtest/issues/38.

@robertodauria Any idea what caused the diffs to be so large? Did the EOLs change?
