Update @m-lab/ndt7 and enable Safari again #46

This PR updates the ndt7-js client to version 0.0.5-beta.0, which includes a workaround for the Safari upload bug, and enables Safari to run the test again.

Also, it cleans up the old NDT5 client files.

It's currently deployed at https://mlab-sandbox.web.app.
