A previous PR (#64) added the client_name metadata so that we could distinguish tests coming from this website. Unfortunately that wasn't enough, because ndt7-js v0.0.5 didn't support passing custom metadata.
I've verified that after this change the request to Locate and to the test server include client_name, client_library_name and client_library_version.
